Return Process
We strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can request a return, exchange, or refund by following the procedure outlined below. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Requests submitted after the 30-day period cannot be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact us at support@usaheight.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return shipping instructions and the return address. Please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
After the returned items are received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If approved, refund processing typically takes up to 7 days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, email support@usaheight.com within 30 days of delivery with the details of the replacement product. We will guide you through the exchange process. All exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.
Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@usaheight.com. Cancellations are usually possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order cannot be canceled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email clear photos of the issue to support@usaheight.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or ensure the correct item is sent.
VIP Club Membership
- Two ways to buy: every product can be purchased at the VIP member price (with VIP Club membership) or at the regular guest price (no membership).
- Membership fee: VIP Club membership is $39.95 every 30 days, starting on the day you join, and renews automatically until you cancel. The membership is added to your cart once when you choose VIP Add to Cart.
- Member benefits: VIP member pricing on every product, early access to new drops, faster shipping and monthly member discounts.
- Cancel anytime: cancel by emailing support@usaheight.com or by using the cancellation link included in your membership emails. Cancelling stops all future membership charges.
