Who is USA Height?

USA Height is an online clothing store offering timeless coats, jackets, knitwear and boots for women and men. We're operated by ECOMBYRD LLC, 100 Ridge Rd, Tyrone, GA 30290, United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and then take 4 to 6 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 business days of ordering. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

What is your return policy?

You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and there are no restocking fees. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return cost. Email support@usaheight.com to start a return. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the credit.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes. Email support@usaheight.com with your order number and the size or color you'd like. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

How do I find my size?

Each product page lists the available sizes, and our Size Guide explains how to measure yourself. Boot sizes are shown in the sizing system on the product page (EU, US or UK). If you're between sizes, contact us and we'll help you choose.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are encrypted and processed securely. We never store your full card details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@usaheight.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, you can return it under our return policy.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 12 business days have passed since you ordered and your package still hasn't arrived, email support@usaheight.com and we'll sort it out right away.
